DOWNLOAD: Emoji Mood Tracker

It can be helpful to look for patterns in our child’s mood and get curious about the highs and the lows to see how they might aid our understanding and action.  I’ve found that children will readily engage with simple tracking, like this emoji mood tracker.  You can either ask them to fill it as they go, or use it to reflect on the past or future week. (This one was inspired by a request by my 12-year-old daughter Ellie).
