Caring Connections Part 1: Building Your Capacity to Care

This session focuses on you and your relationships with colleagues, because connection has to start somewhere sustainable. You’ll gain practical strategies for looking after yourself, building stronger staff relationships, and creating moments of care that don’t add to your workload. Small shifts that genuinely help – starting with yourself.

  • Recognise signs of stress in yourself and colleagues, and identify practical self-regulation strategies
  • Build empathy and listening skills that strengthen staff connections
