This download is designed to help you take a child-led strengths-based approach when holding meetings about / with a child. It can be easy for us to lapse into seeing a child as a series of labels or issues, but every little human we work with has wants and wishes and strengths and passions.
The child will need to get involved in completing this and it can be done at home or school – give it a try, or create your own version, you’ll be amazed how it transforms your meetings as suddenly they’ll be about a person rather than a data-point/problem.
Every child I’ve used this with has LOVED completing it and the act of filling it out with an adult really hearing them has proven to be a very connecting activity in its own right too…
