This download is one to help tackle negative self-talk. If a child talks very unkindly to and about themselves (a common feature of anxiety or depression) then they may find these statements helpful. The idea is that we try to get better at noticing our negative self-talk and each time we notice it happen, we try to derail the tricky thinking with a coping statement ready to take its place.
