In today’s video, I explore four ways that we can help a child with a lot of worries or anxieties transition to learning or other activities. These ideas don’t deal with the underlying worries but they will enable a child to engage more successfully with the rest of their day.
Whilst I talk about the start of the school day, these days are also useful to parents and carers who can use the four ‘Sh’s to support transitions with their child.
